Responsibilities

  • Perform work assigned within a reasonable time and quality in accordance with factory and dealership standards.
  • Perform work as outlined on repair orders.
  • Attend all factory-sponsored training classes and scheduled service meetings.
  • Familiarize self with all technical bulletins as handed down by the factory.
  • Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts to complete tasks.
  • Document work performed.
  • Communicate with service advisor, parts department and customers as needed.
  • Keep car clean while working on it.
  • Keep equipment and work stall clean and neat. 

Qualifications

 

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Have good automotive repair skills with 2-3 years plus experience (dealership experience a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear, legible handwriting 
  • Must have a clean, well groomed and professional appearance and an enthusiastic attitude at all times 
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information 
  • Able to drive vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions   
  • Valid Driver License with good driving history
