We are looking for a fulltime Service Advisor to join our Tom Wood Toyota  team! Our service advisors greet customers, listen to their description of the problems or service needed, determine the type of service required, and prepare repair orders. If a vehicle requires additional repairs not covered in the original order, they estimate the additional cost and telephone the customer for permission to do the work. They also advise customers on other available services.

  • Consistently follow the Tom Wood Toyota Service Advisor process and protocol, optimizing efficiency and maximizing the guest experience.
  • Meet or exceed dealership objectives and goals for the service department.
  • Advise customers about necessary services for routine maintenance.
  • Schedule appointments and notify customers regarding changes/obtaining work approval.
  • Interact with customers to cause of vehicle concern, performing road tests and other types of inspections if necessary.
  • Handles customer telephone inquiries regarding appointments/work in process/complaints; advises the service manager of any potential issues.





  • Communicates clearly and provides the best service to our customers 
  • Is able to present themselves in a professional manner at all times around the customers
  • Has functional computer skills 
  • Must have valid driver license
