    • Perform work assigned within a reasonable time and quality in accordance with factory and dealership standards.  
    • Consistently apply appropriate protocol for diagnosis, repair, and documentation
    • Properly communicate with all departments within the dealership, including customers
    • Optimize productivity and efficiency with all service work




    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
    • Valid Driver’s License 
    • Ability to drive cars with manual and automatic transmission 
    • High School diploma or the equivalent
