Must have formal training, preferably with one of the major metric motorcycle manufacturers and/or MMI.  Must have own tools and a minimum of three years’ experience working in a franchised dealership setting

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 


  • Diagnose complex problems on multiple manufacturer’s products by using latest diagnostic equipment
  • Complete complex repairs within timelines specified by the manufacturer and dealership - use and operate Dynamometer
  • Perform routine maintenance and assembly of new units
  • Perform additional functions in the dealership as needed, including but not limited to: service writing, parts counter assistance, unit pickup and delivery, and assisting apprentice techs as needed
  • Attend periodic training in remote locations as well as on site 





  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Formal training, preferably with one of the major metric motorcycle manufacturers and or MMI.
  • Should have your own tools and a minimum of three years’ experience working in a franchised dealership setting. 
  • Must have a “sales and customer service” attitude and aptitude and be able to communicate professionally with customers
  • Capable of performing well under a salary plus commission pay plan
