Our lot attendants are expected to greet customers as they arrive in the Service Drive, take photos of the cars, park cars, and general shop duties.

Responsibilities

Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Walk around each vehicle as it enters the service drive and note any damage to the service consultant.
  • Install and remove a paper floor mat and plastic seat cover in each vehicle.
  • Park in designated area, make sure windows are all up and lock the doors.
  • Catalog and store keys on keyboard with location of the vehicle.
  • Retrieve guests vehicles when they are picking up, park in pickup area.
  • Keep service drive clean.
  • Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice.
  • Inspect vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
  • Record the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt.
  • Park new vehicles in assigned areas.
  • Assign stock control numbers to cars.
  • Move sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order.
  • Deliver sold vehicles to the new-vehicle preparation department.
  • Service vehicles in storage to protect tires, battery, and finish against deterioration.

  • Is organized and able to work well under pressure
  • Is able to communicate concisely and professionally to the customers
  • Works well independently as well as team player

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid Driver's License
