Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities; other duties may be assigned:

 

  • Be the face of the dealership for every service customer interaction. Greet every service customer.
  • Accurately assess the service needs and prepare the repair order.
  • Ensure that products we sell and service are safe
  • Coordinate the daily activities for the team, including scheduling
  • Communicate with sales & store management daily
  • Attend Shop meetings, perform safety inspections, keep checklists
  • Supervise training & school attendance for techs
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned

  • CSI and customer retention
  • Billable efficiency
  • Gross profit objectives
  • Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications and Position Requirements

  • 3 years auto or power sports service experience preferred
  • Associates degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • Good computer skills - knowledge of CRM and Dealer Management Systems highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience managing major accounts and large contracts
