The role of the Line Crew at Tom Wood Aviation is to provide the utmost in superior customer service; from being the first smiling face to greet arriving aircraft,  to assisting the pilot/crew in assuring their service needs are met timely and efficiently through communication with the front desk.  Additionally, the Line Crew ensures the physical property of the FBO is visually appealing and comfortable to our guests.

Responsibilities

 

Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Greeting aircraft and providing luggage service
  • Checking/Refilling fluid levels - fuel, oil
  • Towing of aircraft
  • Maintenance of equipment (trucks, tugs, golf cart, mower, etc.)
  • Maintenance of building (mowing lawn, snow removal, cleaning building, stocking of supplies)
  • Refueling of fuel trucks
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service experience to all Aviation guests

 

Qualifications

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Two to four years Aviation experience preferred 

 

Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records, verification of social security number, and passing a drug test at a certified testing facility.
