Tom Wood Toyota has an opening for a fulltime Sales Lot Attendant/Picture Taker! Our Attendants are expected to verify receipt of and performs a damage inspection on new vehicles delivered to the dealership, and parks vehicles in the new-vehicle lot in an orderly manner. Will also be taking pictures and helping with detail.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice.
  • Inspect vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
  • Record the description of damages and list missing items on the delivery receipt.
  • Park new vehicles in assigned areas.
  • Catalog and store keys.
  • Assign stock control numbers to cars.
  • Move sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order.
  • Deliver sold vehicles to the new-vehicle preparation department.
  • Service vehicles in storage to protect tires, battery, and finish against deterioration.
  • Take pictures of vehicles
  • Assist with detailing cars

 

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

  • Presents themselves in a professional manner to customers at all times
  • Is organized and able to work well under pressure
  • Communicates concisely and professionally to the customers
  • Works well in a team
  • Has good driving record

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid Driver's License
