Position will serve all IT Support functions and help take the day-to-day support responsibilities.

This is both a hands-on and remote support position and will provide support to hardware, software and peripherals. 

Must be able to provide on-call after-hours coverage at least once a month. 

This position will also require you to go between three sites in close proximity and will require you to lift up to 50 lbs.


  • Valid driver’s license is required with good driving record
  • A+ Certification or applicable experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10
  • MS Office Experience
  • Microsoft Server experience, 2003, 2008, 2012 – Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
  • VMware ESXi experience a plus
  • Cisco switching and VOIP systems experience a plus

EXPERIENCE:  Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Information Systems, with 1-3 years in system support.
