Tom Wood Nissan is looking for an Internet Sales Representative to respond to Internet customer inquiries and ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on Internet sales.

Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assists customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies
  • Sells cars using email, phone and face-to-face skill sets
  • Use Email, Lead Management Tool (CRM), web sites and MS office applications such as Word, Excel and Internet Explorer
  • Maintains accurate sales documentation
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking the right questions and listening to their response.
  • Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
  • Report to the vehicle Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses.
  • Maintains a prospect development system.
  • Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product.
  • Introduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department.
  • Attend sales meetings and product training courses to stay current with products and technologies.

  • Professional with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Has strong organization skills and able to multi-task
  • Maintains a high level of customer service, always being positive and outgoing
  • Is team oriented and flexible, willing to learn
  • Has strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite




Valid Driver's License
