Responsibilities

PRIMARY FUNCTION

  • Create the exceptional sales experience for Volkswagen guests, counselling sales associates on the sales process regarding New or Pre-Owned vehicles.
  • Responsible for management and development of Sales Team
  • Consistent application of the Volkswagen Sales Process, optimizing the customer's experience.
  • Responsible for managing vehicle inventory, along with appropriate product marketing and merchandising
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial attitude- creating and completing action plans with daily supporting activities for productivity.

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

  • Must be professional in attitude and conduct; well organized, with an attention to detail
  • Has a strong decision making skills and able to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
