Lexus Plus presents a transparent and an “in the eyes of the guest” focus toward the dealership experience. The transparency starts with upfront negotiation free pricing, and supported by a single point of contact through the sales process. The single point of contact combines the Sales Consultant and Finance Manager position into one, which results in a sales experience that is more streamlined and produces a time savings for our guest. For the Lexus Plus Sales Consultant, they work within a business model that is supported with integrity.
Tom Wood Lexus is looking for individuals of integrity that have sales experience, well organized, well-motivated, and ready to learn a new innovative business model. Retail automotive sales experience is a plus, but acceptance of new technologies – tablets, smartphones, and an understanding of advanced technologies is a necessity for a Lexus Plus Sales Consultant.
