Tom Wood Lexus is honored to announce our election to Lexus Plus -  an evolution to the retail automotive process.  As one of 11 Lexus dealers, we have been successful in launching this new sales process to our Lexus guest.  With that, we are seeking entrepreneurial candidates to join our team as Lexus Plus Sales Consultants!

 

What is Lexus Plus?

 

Lexus Plus presents a transparent and an “in the eyes of the guest” focus toward the dealership experience. The transparency starts with upfront negotiation free pricing, and supported by a single point of contact through the sales process. The single point of contact combines the Sales Consultant and Finance Manager position into one, which results in a sales experience that is more streamlined and produces a time savings for our guest. For the Lexus Plus Sales Consultant, they work within a business model that is supported with integrity.

 

Tom Wood Lexus is looking for individuals of integrity that have sales experience, well organized, well-motivated, and ready to learn a new innovative business model. Please do not consider this position unless you want to learn. Retail automotive sales experience is a plus, but acceptance of new technologies – tablets, smartphones, and an understanding of advanced technologies is a necessity for a Lexus Plus Sales Consultant.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties include:

  • Serve Lexus guests as the single point of contact, providing product counsel, and allowing guests to make the informed decision regarding a New or Pre-Owned vehicle purchase.
  • Consistent application of the Tom Wood Lexus Plus Sales Process, optimizing the customer's experience.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial attitude- creating and completing action plans with daily supporting activities for productivity.

 

Qualifications

 

Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records, verification of social security number, and passing a drug test at a certified testing facility.
