Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain security access for end users, vendors, and manufacturers to protect DMS integrity and promote sound internal controls
  • Create, and assist others in the development of, reports to aid operational and accounting performance
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot connection issues with end users’ access to the DMS.
  • Assist with network printer set-up and administration.
  • Train staff in document storage.
  • Assist in training dealership personnel in the use of DMS software and transitioning from ERAccess to Ignite.
  • Evaluate new software and upgrades for DMS, document storage and other applications.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Experience with DMS training
  • Automotive Dealership experience
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience highly desired
