  • Process and generate financial data/reports for all dealership departments
  • Prepare Dealership financial statements in accordance with established timelines
  • Interpret and analyze the Dealership financial data key metrics
  • Lead/develop office team of accountants/clerks
  • Approve adjustments to inventory, COS and expense accounts
  • Process payroll/Administer payroll policies
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers





The ideal candidate:

  • Must be well organized with an attention to detail
  • Has strong decision making skills and able to multitask efficiently and effectively
  • Monitors work progress to stay on time and within budget
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Communicates clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
  • Creates, read, and interprets financial documents
  • Works well under pressure and work through any issues that may arise in a calm, professional manner



  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
  • Minimum two years related experience and/or training
  • Experience with Reynolds Dealership Management System highly preferred
