    We are looking for fulltime Service Lot Attendants to join our team! Our lot attendants verify receipt of and performs a damage inspection on new vehicles delivered to the dealership, and park vehicles in the new-vehicle lot in an orderly manner.

    Responsibilities

     

    Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Meets or exceeds dealership objectives and goals for the service department.
    • Advises customers about necessary services for routine maintenance.
    • Fills out paperwork with correct customer information, as well as details about the maintenance including costs and methods of payment.
    • Schedules appointments and notifies customers about any changes in appointment times, as well as getting approval for different maintenance items that might be needed.
    • Works with the customer to find out what the problems are, performing road tests and other types of inspections if necessary.
    • Makes sure each vehicle is paid in full before releasing vehicle.
    • Notifies dispatcher of incoming work and review repair orders to ensure work is completed and authorization is noted.
    • Ensures that vehicles are parked in assigned areas. Makes sure they are locked and all keys are marked and put away correctly.
    • Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process, as well as complaints. Informs the service manager of any potential problem or upset guest.
    • Follows manufacturer guidelines for handling warranty concerns.

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Good customer service and communication skills
    • Professional and courteous at all times around the customers
    • Has functional computer skills
    • Is organized and calm under pressure
    • Must be able to work Saturdays

    Valid Driver License with good driving record
