    Responsibilities

    • Primary contact on incoming phone calls
    • Answers customer questions and follow up on unresolved issues
    • Handles policy changes for clients
    • Checks status on all new business and endorsements
    • Obtains/secures all “Trailing Documents” from clients
    • Contacts renewals to discuss rates, coverage and discounts
    • Follows up on all inspections and resolves rejections
    • Coordinates claims
    • Coordinates client onboarding process using our agency contact system
    • Maintaining consistent high customer satisfaction

     

     

    Qualifications

    Skills

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience
    • Efficient and driven to fulfill client needs
    • Basic computer skills, strong organizational ability
    • Confident, self-starter who works well independently and can multi-task

     

    Education/Certification

    • College degree preferred, but not required
