    Responsibilities

    Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
    • Walks around each vehicle as it enters the service drive and notes any damage to the service consultant.
    • Installs and removes a paper floor mat and plastic seat cover in each vehicle.
    • Parks in designated area, make sure windows are all up and lock the doors.
    • Delivers the keys and repair order hard copies to appropriate Service Advisor's workstation immediately after parking the vehicle in service parking lot
    • Catalogs and stores keys on keyboard with location of the vehicle.
    • Retrieves guests vehicles when they are picking up, park in pickup area.
    • Keeps service drive clean.
    • Compares serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice.
    • IRecords the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt.
    • Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner

     

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate:

    • Presents themselves in a professional manner to customers at all times
    • Is organized and able to work well under pressure
    • Is able to communicate concisely and professionally to the customers
    • Works well in a team
    • Has valid driver license with good driving record

    Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records, verification of social security number, and passing a drug test at a certified testing facility.
