    We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our staff.  Must be accustomed to a high volume environment.  Must be a forward thinker with a drive to push to the next level. Will be responsible for appraising vehicle damage to determine cost of repair for insurance claim settlements.

    Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


    • Examines damaged vehicle to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical, electrical, or interior damage.
    • Estimates cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item.
    • Reviews repair cost estimates with body shop manager or foreman.
    • Determines feasibility of repair versus replacement of parts, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors.
    • Evaluates practicality of repair as opposed to payment of vehicle market value before accident.
    • Determines salvage value on total vehicle loss.
    • Prepares insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimates and recommendations.
    • Estimates cost of repainting, converting to special purposes, or customizing undamaged vehicles.
    • Maintains a good working relationship with sister stores, guests, and insurance companies.
    • Maintains appropriate notes in CCC1.




    • Valid driver license
    • Good computer and math skills
    • Excellent customer and interfacing skills
    • Previous estimating experience
    • CCC1 experience
