    Tom Wood Jaguar Land Rover Volvo is currently looking for a fulltime Parts Administrative Associate our Parts Department to assist Parts Manager with day to day operations, acts as backup to parts delivery or shipping and receiving person as needed. Will aid in all facets of dealership as needed. 

     

    Hours:  Flexible between 7:00 and 5:30 Monday thru Friday

    Responsibilities

    Essential duties include but not limited to:

     

    • Pulls manufacturer invoices from the internet and coding for accounting accurately
    • Gathers and codes non-manufacturer invoices.
    • Acts as backup to our in shop delivery or shipping and receiving associate during lunch hours, vacatins, or absences.
    • Pulls manufacturer warranty scrap lists and disposes of all warranty parts properly.
    • Bins new inventory.
    • Performs perpetual inventory as directed.
    • Answers incoming phone calls and directs messages to proper staff member.
    • Assists Parts Manager with reporting, projects, and day-to-day operations of the Parts department.
    • Keeps work area clean and organized.
    • Communicates with fellow employees in a friendly and positive manner.
    • Provides high level of service.
    • Notified parts managers of out-of-stock parts, receiving and stock discrepancies.

     

    Qualifications

     

     

    • Has excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Professional and stays calm under pressure
    • Must be computer literate (Reynolds & Reynolds highly preferred)
    • Knowledge in car parts a plus
    • Valid driver license with clean driving record
    • Must be able to work Saturdays.
