    Responsibilities

    • Follow established compliance procedures for clients entering into contractual agreements with Tom Wood Lexus

    • Prepare documents for submission to Tom Wood Management, Financial institutions, and the Indiana Department of Motor Vehicles
    • Follow up on contract funding and fulfillment

    • Strong organization and analytical skills, with attention to detail

    Skills or equivalent experience with any of the following:

    • Mortgage Contracts - Escrow Closer, Title Examiner
    • General Accounting and Finance
    • Paralegal, especially contract compliance review
