    Tom Wood Jaguar Land Rover Volvo is currently looking for a fulltime Parts Parts Retail Counter Associate in our Parts Department to assist retail guests both in person and on the phone.

    Essential duties include but not limited to:


    • Greets and serves retail guests by accurately looking up parts, filling orders, and providing accurate pricing both in person and over the phone.
    • Answers phones professionally and in a timely manner.  Returns all voice messages promptly.
    • Acts as backup to our wholesale associate by waiting on retail guests in person, on the phone, or via email in a professional and courteous fashion.
    • Keeps work area clean and organized. Keeps retail area clean, organized, and merchandized.
    • Puts away new stock daily.
    • Communicates with fellow employees in a friendly and positive manner.
    • Notifies parts managers of out-of-stock parts, receiving discrepancies, stock discrepancies, etc.
    • Maintains professional appearance and provides high level of service.
    • Doing inventory control and various other duties as required by management




    • Has excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Professional and stays calm under pressure
    • Keeps and maintains organized records of all internal and external transactions
    • Must be computer literate (Reynolds & Reynolds highly preferred)
    • Knowledge in car parts preferred
    • Valid driver license with clean driving record
    • Must be able to work Saturdays.
