    Responsibilities

     

    Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Diagnose complex problems on multiple manufacturer’s products by using latest diagnostic equipment
    • Complete complex repairs within timelines specified by the manufacturer and dealership
    • Perform routine maintenance and assembly of new units
    • Willingness to work in a team environment, assisting other team members as required
    • Perform multiple additional functions in the dealership as needed, including but not limited to service writing, parts counter assistance, unit pickup and delivery, and assistance to apprentice technicians as needed.

     

    Qualifications

     

    Education/Experience

    - High School/GED or equivalent

    - Three years of experience with diesel engines and must have small engine repair

    - Ag Equipment experience

    - Strong experience with repair and service of tractors and zero-turn mowers
