    We are looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our team and be a part of our commitment to customer service. The receptionist greets customers when they come into the dealership's showroom, answers their questions and directs them to the appropriate staff member, and answers all incoming calls, takes messages and transfers callers to the appropriate department.

    Essential Duties will include: 

    • Greeting the showroom customers and assisting them by providing the information needed or referring them to the correct staff member. 
    • Operating the telephone switchboard by answering incoming calls, transferring callers to appropriate personnel, taking messages and using the paging system.
    • Documenting customers who come into the dealership, noting basic demographic information and contact information.
    • Performing general administrative duties, such as taking care of plants and straightening magazines, to maintain the lobby or reception area.
    • Handling basic store needs as in refreshments and customer amenities.
    • Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
    • Maintaining telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
    • Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
    • Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
    • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
